Sandesh Sivakumaran
Sandesh Sivakumaran is Professor of International Law, University of Cambridge; Co-Deputy Director, Lauterpacht Centre for International Law; and Fellow, St Edmund’s College, Cambridge. He is the 2022 Lieber Scholar at the Lieber Institute, West Point and a visiting professor at the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights. He is the author of The Law of Non-International Armed Conflict (OUP, 2012).
