Transferring climate funds to conflict zones

Fragile and conflict-affected countries are among the most vulnerable to climate change and the least prepared to deal with it. They are largely excluded from climate adaptation programs and funding. This editorial in the Conversation argues that a new approach is required to enable climate adaptation in conflict areas.
