Natasja Rupesinghe

FELLOW

Natasja Rupesinghe is a Research Fellow at the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI). Her research interests include conflict, armed groups, peacebuilding and stabilisation operations. She is passionate about fieldwork and qualitative methods, having conducted research visits in diverse contexts such as Sri Lanka, Ethiopia, Somalia and Mali. She is currently a PhD candidate in International Relations at the University of Oxford. Her project examines jihadist insurgent mobilisation and community resistance in Central Mali.
